Before
A 30-minute call to confirm the audit is a fit. Free.

Day 1
On site or remote: workflows, systems, and the people using them.

Day 2
Analysis, effort estimates and writing up the roadmap.

After
A walkthrough of the findings with you. The roadmap is yours — build it in-house, take it to another supplier, or have me build the first items.
Who it’s for
Danish small and mid-sized companies with manual processes or an ageing system — typically 10–200 employees.
It is a poor fit if you already know exactly what you want built — in that case skip the audit and just send me the brief.
Questions
- What if the audit concludes there is nothing worth automating?
- Then that is the finding, and you have saved yourself a far more expensive project. It is a real outcome, and you still get the written assessment of why — which is useful the next time someone tries to sell you an AI platform.
- Do I have to build it with you afterwards?
- No. The roadmap is yours. Take it in-house, put it out to tender, or park it. I would obviously like to build the first items for you, but the audit is priced to stand on its own and there is no retainer attached to it.
- Do you need access to our systems?
- Not necessarily. Most of the value comes from watching how people actually work and understanding where the data lives. Read access helps me estimate effort more accurately, but the audit works without it.
- Is the price really fixed?
- Yes — DKK 15,000 ex. moms (VAT), for the two days and the roadmap. Travel within Denmark is included. If the scope is genuinely larger than two days, I will say so on the intro call, before you have paid anything.
