Most companies have a handful of processes that quietly eat hours every week — copying data between systems, reading invoices and forms by hand, drafting the same replies, chasing information across inboxes and spreadsheets. I find those processes, work out which ones AI and automation can genuinely take over, and then build them properly — with the guardrails, logging and fallbacks that keep a business running when a model gets something wrong.

Move off the old system without stopping the business
The system works, but it is slow to change, expensive to host, and the people who built it have moved on. A rewrite from scratch is the option everyone reaches for and the one that most often fails. I modernise incrementally instead — putting the new system alongside the old one, moving functionality across a piece at a time, and keeping you live and shipping throughout. I have done this from Backbone to Angular, from SharePoint to headless React, and from .NET MVC onto a modern stack.

Make your systems talk to each other — reliably
Your ERP, your webshop, your CRM, your accounting system and the three spreadsheets holding it all together. Integrations are easy to build badly and hard to build well: the difficulty is not the first successful call, it is what happens on the thousandth one when the other end times out, returns a duplicate, or changes its schema without telling you. I build integrations that fail loudly, retry safely, and never silently lose a record.

An app your customers actually use — on iOS and Android at once
An app does not need a big agency and a six-month project. I build iOS and Android apps from a single TypeScript codebase with React Native and Expo — backend, integrations and app-store release included. I have shipped apps for clients and for my own products, so I know the whole road: not just the build, but getting through store review and keeping an app alive and updated afterwards.
