A customer app that sends jobs straight to the crew
The challenge
ABC Kloakservice's regular customers ordered jobs the way most trade businesses take them: a phone call or an email, retyped into the order system by whoever picked it up. That is friction on every single job, and every retype is a chance to get the address, the task or the urgency wrong.
The approach
A customer app that works as a direct line into the order programme. A customer picks the type of job — sewer work, plumbing, damage handling or rat control — describes it, and the order or quote request goes straight through to the crew and the van, with nobody retyping anything in between.
