Orders synced from Rackbeat into HubSpot, automatically
The challenge
Spilbræt's orders lived in Rackbeat while the customer relationships lived in HubSpot, and the two only agreed if somebody kept them in sync by hand. That is exactly the kind of quiet, recurring work that eats hours and still drifts out of date.
The approach
A synchronisation service between the two systems' APIs: orders created in Rackbeat appear in HubSpot on their own, matched to the right company and contact. Built like every integration should be — idempotent, so a retry never duplicates an order, and loud about failures rather than silently skipping records.
